By accessing or using SimpleIPAM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

SimpleIPAM is an IP address management tool that analyzes firewall configurations and IP spreadsheets to help you visualize and manage your network address space. The service is provided "as is" during the beta/preview period.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use SimpleIPAM only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
• Use the service to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
• Share your account credentials with others

Your Data

You retain ownership of any configuration files or data you upload. During the preview period, uploaded files are processed but not stored. When persistent storage becomes available, you will have control over your stored data and can delete it at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SimpleIPAM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that analysis results will be completely accurate. Always verify important network information independently.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleIPAM and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
